RETURNS POLICY

 

We have a 15 days regular returns policy if you are not happy with the products you ordered. To obtain a refund and return, you must ensure that you follow the conditions stated below.

 

Please Contact Us in order to request for a product(s) return. We will first check the eligibility of the returned product(s) based on the terms and conditions mentioned below. If all is met – we will arrange for our delivery partner DHL to come and collect the items.

 

Please take care when trying on your purchases and return them in the same condition you received them. Any returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted.

 

TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR ALL RETURNS

Returned items must comply with our return policy:

  • Items must be unaltered, unused and in full sellable condition (or the condition in which they were received from us or our agents). Shoes must be in brand-new condition and without any damage
  • Items must be in their original packaging/box and with all brand and product labels/tags/instructions still attached
  • The return must be accompanied by the original order confirmation

 

In any event we reserve the right to reject the return for justified reasons at our discretion.
